Poem: You’ll Never Be Alone

I want to let you in
There are so many stories to share
Although I don’t know where to begin
To our love, no one can compare

Your smile lights up the darkest of my days
And for this I’ll repay
All the care and love you have shown me
Is more than I can be
To have you by my side
Between us there’s nothing you can hide
To know it’s in you I can confide

You’ve got to understand
That it’s this I need you to know
You’ve got my promise
That you’ll never be alone
