I posted my poem ‘I’m Just Sleeping’ onto the Blogger Coffee Shop forum and this is one of the comments it received:
‘Wow I think that’s a beautiful piece. I get the feeling that’s its written by a girl in an abusive relationship that went too far and abused her fatally yet even though he killed her, she still loves him and thinks he cares.’ – John Malo
This poem was infect intended to be about knife crime although I do love it when people interpret my work in different ways!
