Poem: How do you know?

How do you know when to let go
Of everything you have always known
The things that made you smile
Of the people that made your life worthwhile

How do you know when to set yourself free
So that you can be all that you know you should be
To follow the dreams you long to chase
The ones that will take you to a brand new place

How do you know when the one you lone isn't the one you need anymore
Is it time to walk out of the door
Or do you give it one shot
And give it all you've got
