Poem: Each And Everyday

Each day I see the rain
And I’m reminded of your pain
Every day you told me you couldn’t cope
And I told you we would work it out
Every day you said of all you’re hurt
And I said one day it would end
Each day I visit you
And tell you about my day
Each day I think of what you never had
And I wish you were able to cope
Every day I visit your graveside
And I say the words only I know how to say
Every day I say this for you
And I know one day we’ll be together
Every day I ask you to wait
And I think about your fate
