Poem: My World In You

You’ve knocked me off of my feet
You’ve turned my world upside down
You drive me crazy all the time
But to me you’ll always be perfect

Never thought that this would happen
Saying you are the one
Falling in love
Hoping you are there through it all
Because now you are my world

Laying beneath the stars
Listening to your heart beating
Not saying a word
The silence says it all

There is something about the way you smile
That lights up the whole world
There is nothing that I could do without you
There is something about your eyes,
That makes me fall every time

 

This is a really really old poem that I thought I’d put up because I like it even though there are loads of improvements that could be made…. What do you think?
