Poem: Our Illustration

A camera can only ever
Illustrate the memories that you hold in your head
But together we can relive
Every little illustration that you hold in your hands

We can dance, under the stars
We can eat, together a picnic
We can watch that same film in each other’s eyes
We can talk, about everything under the sun

A person can only ever, make a memory
But together we can make that memory last forever
