You’ve opened my mind
To what the future could hold
Fingers intertwined
Hearts beat in time
You’re like the puzzle piece I’ve been trying to find
Your love feels electric
Pulsing through my veins
   
I’m ready to fly
With you by my side
Gliding through everything
Happy or sad
Good or bad
Together is how we’re meant to be

I like the way you say my name,
The way you never want to bring me pain
And those days we kiss in the rain
The small things like the smile you try to hide
And all the secrets you confide

I’ll wish tonight
That you’ll stay by my side
